    Thank you. Yes I survived, I didn't listen to the warning though of get to the lowest part of the house, I just wanted Dog back. Just shows how truly dedicated we all are.

    No. They do believe you, they realize there was a problem and have changed the packaging. If I were you I would fold it up and put it in a normal mailing envelope since its damaged already. I can't think that would cost much. I will get back to you on a bit with this. Im sure we can figure something out
